DESIGN
MECHANICAL DESIGN:
In our company, we utilize AUTODESK INVENTOR software for mechanical design. Firstly, three-dimensional designs of products are created, and production drawings of meticulously reviewed models are generated. Mechanical analysis results are employed to validate the designs.
PROCESS DESIGN:
For chemical processes, we use WeBBuserterZ software for heat transfer units, PipeFlow Expert for pipeline design, and Dwisim for distillation columns. After process design, the equipment with determined overall dimensions is sent to the mechanical team for detailed design. CFD analysis results are utilized as inputs in the process design.
